Tonal Control Pre-Bonded is an acidic, demi-permanent hair color ideal for glossing, toning, and post-lightening control. This gel toner provides predictable and long-lasting, multi-dimensional results with high shine and extra-conditioning. 17 fully Pre-Bonded shades (bonder pre-mixed in every tube).   1. Mixing Ratio: 1:1 Tonal Control + 10 Volume (3%) Matrix Cream Developer.
  2. Application: Clean dry or damp hair.
  3. Processing Time: 20 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Rinsing + Removal: Rinse thoroughly, cleanse, and condition with Matrix Color Obsessed haircare.
