- Pour 1 oz. Bleaching Powder into a non-metallic clean bowl.
- Mix one part Pure Light Power Lightener to three parts PRAVANA Crème Developer or to the desired consistency.
- Apply to dry hair. Blue/violet base neutralizes orange and gold undertones while lightening
- Can be used on or off the scalp (use 10-20 volume developer for on-scalp application and 10, 20, 30, or 40 for off-scalp application.)
