- After applying the second coat of Gelish® Gel Polish and curing, apply a thin coat of Blooming Gel, do not cure.
- With a dotting tool or brush, apply desired colors to create the bloom effect.
- Cure for 30 seconds.
- Finish with Gelish® Top It Off Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds.
- Up to 21 days of wear.
