Scruples Power Blonde Triple Protection Dust-Free Lightening Powder is a unique triple-protection formula made up of 3 conditioning and emulsifying agents that help condition, soothe and protect the hair and scalp. This dust-free formulation mixes beautifully to a creamy consistency that won't dry out. It offers fast and controlled lightening while maintaining the integrity of the hair. Scruples Power Blonde Triple Protection Dust-Free Lightening Powder is excellent for both on- and off-the scalp application techniques.
1. Shake POWER BLONDE bottle and pour into a plastic bowl. Referencing below, add PURE OXI Creme Developer and mix to achieve desired consistency.
2. Apply POWER BLONDE evenly to dry hair. Reference below for processing time.
3. Rinse hair and wash with preferred Scruples shampoo. Spray with NO H2O2 (No Peroxide), wait 3 – 5 minutes and rinse. Condition with preferred Scruples conditioner.
4. For toning instructions, refer to the TRUE INTEGRITY Opalescent Colour Creme or HIGH DEFINITON Color Gel Wall Chart.
APPLICATION - on the scalp (virgin hair or root retouch)
DEVELOPER - PURE OXI 10 or 20 Volume Creme Developer
MIXING RATIO - 1 part POWER BLONDE 2 parts developer
PROCESSING - 20 – 45 minutes. Process at room temperature. DO NOT use heat or processing cap
APPLICATION - off the scalp (weaving, slicing, capping, etc.)
DEVELOPER - PURE OXI 10, 20, 30 or 40 Volume Creme Developer
MIXING RATIO - 1 part POWER BLONDE 1 part developer
PROCESSING - 5 – 30 minutes. Processing time may be accelerated with heat, use a processing cap and check frequently.
NOTE: Additional developer may be added to the mixture during application to achieve desired consistency. DO NOT process over 45 minutes.
