3. Lock in with Water Resistant Seal.
4. Reienforce with Bondboost.

To Remove:

1. Shake well before use, Add a few drops of Hydro Cleanser onto a cotton pad and place over eyes.
2. Hold for at least 10 seconds and gently wipe away wisps.
3. Repeat as necessary until there is no residue left.
